1350's lobby welcomes you into an entry that shows off its mid-century design and greets you with the friendly faces of staff who are pleased to see you. The soaring travertine marble walls are elegant. The larger than life images of dancing women by Madge Tennant are enchanting and the 60's extravagant chandelier by designer Tony Duquette cannot help but delight. A cozy living room setting on the side is well used by folks awaiting friends, sharing time with family, or meeting with vendors. They are treated to the lively coconut and tropical blue triptych by Russell Lowery, reminding all who enter that Ala Moana means path to the ocean. It's cool meets warmth just steps away from a lovely beach along the Pacific Ocean.

Meet 1350's staff at the heart of our condominium home. They are glad to help in so many ways, keeping an eye on our safety, answering questions, handing over our packages, taking turns patrolling our property, solving problems, lending an ear or a hand, passing on messages, keys, forgotten items, instructions... you name it! They are the life's blood of the operation and are always ready with a smile, 24 hours a day. Without them we could not be who we are, the Grande Dame of Honolulu's famous Kakaako neighborhood.

Conveniently located on the Lobby floor, it is designed for small business-minded meetings. There is a traditional conference table for 8-10 people and a sideboard for any beverages or snacks you would like to offer your guests.

1350's pride and joy, the Great Lawn undulates among a collection of mature trees, each with their own special beauty. Few condominiums have an area as open and large as this expanse of green. It offers one of the best views of Magic Island's 4th of July and New Year's fireworks displays that you can admire with your friends or family. Bring your own beach chairs or blankets and celebrate in comfort. A walking path meanders around it and into a shady landscaped area for easy strolls or focused walks. There is also a covered lanai with tables for meeting, studying, or chatting, and an outside living room for more of the same or reading one of the books from our donation library positioned nearby.

The large sliding glass doors on two sides of the Party Room open onto the 3rd floor lanai filling the room with light and sweeping views of the Great Lawn. It's a super place to reserve for small events or large, providing a great spot for watching the Super Bowl, hosting a meeting that requires a free wifi connection, having friends over for a bridge or mahjong afternoon, or celebrating any one of life's passages or holidays.

The pool area offers a protected place to stretch out and relax on a stylish chaise lounge, cool off in our “fools you that it's not the ocean” oval swimming pool or soothe an ache in the jacuzzi. Remember to shower off before you slip in!

With regularly upgraded exercise equipment, you can easily stay fit in our own home gym. It's a quick ride down in the elevator and has floor to ceiling garden views. No excuses for slacking when you live at 1350!

Staged off the Great Lawn with two separate patios, each equipped with a counter with gas grill and a picnic table and fixed benches, it provides a homey back yard amenity for all residents to share. Each patio can be shared for groups of up to 8, or you can always zip in on a first come first serve basis to grill your steak or shrimp and take them back upstairs to enjoy.
